Win Streak May End For Indonesia Stock Market

The Indonesia stock market has seen a 1.7% increase over the past three sessions, with the Jakarta Composite Index now above 7,210 points. However, global markets are facing negative forecasts due to trade and tariff concerns, with European and U.S. markets down. The JCI closed higher on Friday, led by gains in cement, telecom, and resource stocks. The Dow, NASDAQ, and S&P 500 all closed lower on Friday, with the S&P 500 dropping 2.6% for the week. President Trump’s threats of tariffs on EU imports have reignited trade worries. Crude oil prices rose slightly on Friday but fell for the week amidst reports of increased OPEC production for July.
