In afternoon trading on Tuesday, Healthcare stocks are the best performing sector, up 2.3%. Hologic Inc (HOLX) and Align Technology Inc (ALGN) lead with gains of 13.9% and 4.6%, respectively. The Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV) is up 1.5% for the day and down 3.41% year-to-date. Technology & Communications sector follows closely, up 2.1%, with Super Micro Computer Inc (SMCI) and ON Semiconductor Corp (ON) showing gains of 7.0% and 6.2%. XLK ETF is up 2.5% and up 0.10% year-to-date. S&P 500 components in various sectors are all up on the day.
