Arcadis has nominated Robert Swaak to its Supervisory Board for a four-year term. Swaak, former CEO of ABN AMRO Bank N.V., brings extensive experience in governance and corporate transformation to the role. If appointed, he will succeed Deanna Goodwin as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee in 2026. The nomination will be voted on at an extraordinary General Meeting on July 10, 2025. Swaak will join Arcadis’ Audit and Risk Committee, Sustainability Committee, and Remuneration Committee if appointed. His appointment will begin immediately after the meeting and last until the 2029 annual General Meeting.
