Dr. Martens appoints former Nike executive Paul Zadoff as president of the Americas to lead regional team in driving performance and growth. Zadoff will report to CEO Ije Nwokorie and bring valuable experience from luxury eyewear brand Caddis and previous roles at TRX Training, Patagonia, Levi Strauss & Co, and Nike. The company operates regionally with over 59 owned stores in the Americas, accounting for nearly 40% of group revenue. Nwokorie expresses confidence in turnaround efforts in the U.S. following revamping of strategy and cost-saving measures, with revenue rising 3% in the third quarter of fiscal 2025.
