WithSecure Corporation has completed the divestment of its cyber security consulting business to Neqst. The transaction was finalized on May 31, 2025, with Neqst paying EUR 13.5 million in cash upfront. The remaining 40% of the agreed enterprise value of EUR 22.5 million will be paid based on the business’s performance in 2025 and 2026. Approximately 230 employees in various countries will transfer to Neqst. WithSecure’s President and CEO, Antti Koskela, expressed his well wishes to the former colleagues and highlighted the company’s focus on its Elements strategy for European cybersecurity.
