SoundHound AI (NASDAQ: SOUN) saw a tremendous 836% gain in 2024, but has since dropped 46% in 2025 due to expensive valuation and global economic concerns. Ambarella (NASDAQ: AMBA) is thriving with AI chip demand, posting a 26% revenue increase to $285 million in fiscal 2025. Ambarella expects continued growth, projecting a 54% revenue increase in the first quarter of fiscal 2026. Analysts predict Ambarella’s market cap could reach $4.2 billion in three years, surpassing SoundHound AI. SoundHound AI, on the other hand, is expected to remain unprofitable for the next three years, trailing behind Ambarella’s performance.
