MIB Group and MIB Group Holdings announce election results for their joint board of directors for the 2025-26 term. The board has 13 independent directors and one internal director. Bruce Parker elected as chairperson, succeeding Sarah VanBeck. Three new directors appointed for three-year terms. Six incumbent members re-elected.

Parker, previously president, CEO, and chairman of Old Mutual US Life, brings leadership experience. MIB has transformed into a trusted partner for data and digital solutions in the life insurance industry. VanBeck remains on the board as immediate past chair. Bruce Baude elected vice-chair, with experience at CNO Financial Group and Univita Health.

Newly appointed directors include Matthew Berman, Peter Maynard, and Christopher Zimmerman. MIB recently acquired Clareto, a source of electronic health records, from Munich Re Life US. The board aims to continue advancing MIB’s position as a key partner in the industry. The company looks forward to the next phase of growth and innovation.
