Winvic Construction has been chosen by IM Properties to start constructing a new employment park, Towcester Park, in Northamptonshire, UK. The park is expected to create 1,500 jobs and provide training opportunities, supported by a £100,000 community fund. The park will span 1.1 million square feet and prioritize sustainability. IM Properties will introduce the ‘Kick Start’ scheme to help businesses scale up within the park. Towcester Park will offer warehouse space up to 470,000ft² with modern features and electric vehicle charging facilities. IM Properties aims for ‘Net Zero Ready’ status. Apprenticeship schemes and vocational training programs will be introduced at the park.
