The properties include terminals in Tennessee, Connecticut, Louisiana, and Mississippi. The buyers are construction, building services, and fuel distributors, as no LTL carriers were involved. The liquidation process is wrapping up, with fewer carriers participating. Yellow Corp. has rejected leases on four terminals with 328 doors. Since the liquidation began, over 200 terminals valued at $2.4 billion have been sold. This marks another step in Yellow Corp.’s bankruptcy proceedings.
