Tallinn District Court decision in the criminal case

From GlobeNewswire: 2025-06-04 14:50:00

Former members of the management board of AS Tallinna Sadam, including Ain Kaljurand and Allan Kiil, had criminal proceedings terminated due to the expiration of the limitation period. The county court found them involved in corrupt agreements but considered it private sector corruption with a shorter statute of limitations. Tallinna Sadam and TS Laevad OÜ filed an appeal with the Tallinn Circuit Court to annul certain points of the resolution. The district court partially annulled the decision and reclassified acts alleged against some defendants. Tallinna Sadam is analyzing the decision to see if they will appeal. The events are not expected to have a significant impact on the Group’s financial performance. Tallinna Sadam operates as one of the largest cargo and passenger port complexes in the Baltic Sea region, offering various services through its subsidiaries.
