SEC alleges Crews ran fraudulent scheme through companies, raised $800,000 from 200 investors selling “Stemy Coin.” Many investors solicited from African-American and church communities. Crews made false claims about token backing and partnerships. SEC claims Crews had no labs, products, research, or stem cell technology.
