Dollar Tree posted Q1 profit of $343.4 million, adjusted EPS beat expectations at $1.26. Revenue rose 11% to $4.64 billion, same-store sales up 5.4%. Sale of Family Dollar approved, expected to close in Q2 of fiscal 2025. Expects adjusted EPS of $5.15 to $5.65 for fiscal 2025.
