Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) has become the most valuable company in the world with a market cap of $3.4 trillion, thanks to a remarkable 1,500% rally in its stock price over the past five years. Investors are now eyeing the potential for more upside in the next five years, with projections of a $6 trillion valuation by 2030.

Despite export restrictions impacting sales to China, Nvidia’s AI chip business continues to drive strong revenue growth. In the first quarter of fiscal 2026, revenue surged 69% year over year to $44.1 billion, with expectations of a 50% increase in revenue and a 44% increase in earnings for the current quarter.

Nvidia may have lost access to the $50 billion Chinese market, but analysts are optimistic about its revenue potential elsewhere. The company is expanding into new markets, like Saudi Arabia, for AI chip factories, and partnering with projects like Stargate. McKinsey & Company predicts a $5.2 trillion investment in AI-capable data centers by 2030.

Nvidia’s dominance in the AI chip market is evident, with data center revenue growing 73% year over year to $39 billion in the previous quarter. The company’s enterprise platforms and offerings in AI applications are gaining traction across diverse industries, positioning it for strong growth over the next five years.

Despite trading at 23 times sales, Nvidia’s position in the AI chip market and future catalysts justify its valuation. Projections suggest that a $6 trillion valuation could be achieved by 2030, presenting a significant opportunity for investors looking for long-term growth potential in the AI sector.
