British Columbia Investment Management Corporation will acquire a minority stake in Pinnacle Towers, an Asian digital infrastructure platform focused on the Philippines, from KKR. The deal is set to be finalized by the third quarter of 2025. Pinnacle Towers, founded in 2020, has quickly become the largest independent tower provider in the Philippines with around 7,000 towers, meeting the growing demand for reliable connectivity and telecommunications infrastructure in the country.
