UFS, a technology solutions provider for community banks, has acquired Quest Analytics, a financial services technology company based in Pittsburgh. Quest Analytics has over 25 years of experience in improving sales and business performance for financial institutions through its platform with nine modules.

The integration of Quest Analytics with UFS’s technology and service delivery will provide banks with a single partner for customer engagement and operational needs. Quest Analytics focuses on aiding banks and credit unions in expanding and increasing profitability through technology and training.

UFS CEO, Mike Tenpas, stated that the combination of Quest Analytics and the UFS Banking Applications suite will redefine customer journeys and bring financial benefits to clients. Established in 1991, UFS partners with over 450 financial institutions in the US, while Quest Analytics, founded in 2001, specializes in helping banks and credit unions grow through technology and training.
