The Baldwin Group’s subsidiary, Westwood Insurance Agency, will acquire Hippo Holdings Inc.’s homebuilder distribution network in a strategic “Partnership” deal expected to close on July 1, 2025. The network generated $29.2 million in revenue over the past year, with projected $7 million adjusted EBITDA post-acquisition. In a separate agreement, Baldwin’s MSI will collaborate with a Hippo affiliate to launch a new homebuilder program. The acquisition gives Westwood access to top U.S. homebuilders, expanding product offerings. BWIN stock closed at $39.37 on Thursday, down 0.58% on NasdaqGS. CEO Trevor Baldwin highlighted the partnership’s significance in driving innovation and client support.
