Adobe’s shares fell 7% as investors worry AI integration could take longer to pay off despite a raised revenue forecast. The software giant based in San Jose is known for tools like Photoshop. Adding AI from OpenAI and Google to Firefly allows users to create images and videos with text prompts. Adobe now expects full-year 2025 revenue between $23.50 billion and $23.60 billion, but five brokerages cut their price targets. The stock has dropped 13% this year, with a forward price-to-earnings ratio of 18.88.
