The Board of Directors has accepted his departure effective July 15, 2025, and has initiated the process of appointing a new CEO. De Meo expressed gratitude for the opportunity to restore Renault Group to success and mentioned the company’s strong team and strategic plan for the future. The Board has confidence in the management team to continue Renault Group’s transformation strategy. The Group aims for carbon neutrality in Europe by 2040 and sold 2.265 million vehicles in 2024.
