IBM stock leads Dow Jones, up 1.9%; Johnson & Johnson down 0.6%.

In early trading, shares of International Business Machines lead the Dow Jones, up 1.9% with a year-to-date gain of 28.5%. Meanwhile, Johnson & Johnson is the worst performer, down 0.6% today but showing an 8.0% gain for the year.

UnitedHealth Group is down 0.4% and Cisco Systems is up 1.6% on the day.
