Casino, Guichard-Perrachon S.A. announces the results of the voluntary transfer procedure for the acquisition of Cnova N.V. shares. A total of 2,945,004 Cnova shares were transferred to Casino at a price of €0.0958 per share. Additionally, Casino acquired 659,383 more shares, bringing their total ownership to 99.85% of Cnova’s capital. The remaining 504,252 shares will be transferred to a Dutch consignment fund for €48,307.34. The trading of Cnova shares will be suspended on Euronext Paris, pending the compulsory withdrawal process, expected to be completed by June 20, 2025.
