Marksmen Energy Inc. has resolved the default regarding the delay in filing its annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, by submitting the Annual Filings. Due to the delay, the interim financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2025, were not filed on time, but Marksmen expects to file them by June 30, 2025. The Alberta Securities Commission has issued a management cease trade order, which will remain in effect until June 30, 2025. The order restricts the CEO and CFO from trading in securities of Marksmen for two full business days after the filings have been submitted. The Company plans to issue biweekly default status reports until the filings are complete.
