Lockton, a US-based insurance brokerage, saw a 13% increase in global revenue, reaching $4bn in fiscal year 2025. The growth was driven by nearly 100% organic growth and international operations exceeding $1bn. Lockton Re, the reinsurance division, reported a 29% revenue increase. CEO Ron Lockton emphasized the company’s consistent double-digit organic growth.
Lockton Re expanded to 22 locations in 2024, with a 59% growth in the transaction liability practice. Key leadership appointments were made, including Chris Brown as CEO of Lockton International. Lockton International surpassed $1bn in revenue under Brown’s leadership, expanding in regions like India and the Nordics. New CEOs were appointed in Asia, Australia, and the Middle East/North Africa.
