The Metals Company secures $85.2m investment from Korea Zinc for deep-seabed mining in the US. Korea Zinc to acquire 19.6 million common shares and receive a three-year warrant for additional shares, holding 5% of TMC’s shares. Transaction set to close on 26 June 2025, pending customary conditions.
