Eve Air Mobility, also known as Eve Holding, Inc. (EVEX), has signed a Letter of Intent with Future Flight Global for up to 54 eVTOL aircraft to offer sustainable urban air travel in Brazil and the United States. The collaboration aims to reduce travel times and traffic in large cities, with plans to deploy the aircraft globally. This partnership strengthens Eve’s backlog list of agreements and aligns with industry growth projections outlined in their Global Market Outlook. On Tuesday, Eve’s stock closed 6.90% lower at $5.40 on the NYSE, but traded 3.70% higher at $5.60 in after-hours trading.
