Australian space company Fleet Space partners with mDetect, Nomad Atomics, and DeteQt to advance mineral exploration technology, focusing on quantum sensors and AI-driven strategies. These collaborations utilize muon tomography, quantum gravimeters, and ‘diamond-on-chip’ magnetometers for high-precision subsurface mapping and improved predictive capabilities. Fleet Space plans to enhance global mining industry capabilities and expand its ExoSphere platform with start-ups and academic institutions to meet growing demand for minerals. Saudi state-owned mining company Maaden deploys Fleet Space’s ExoSphere technology for mineral exploration in the Arabian Shield, valued at $2.5 trillion. Fleet Space also prepares for lunar deployment of ExoSphere technology, SPIDER, in 2026 for lunar subsurface research.
