Alnylam Pharmaceuticals appoints Pushkal Garg, M.D., as Executive Vice President, Chief Research and Development Officer. Garg will oversee the integrated R&D organization. Yvonne Greenstreet, M.D., CEO, praises Garg’s strategic vision and operational excellence. Garg joined Alnylam in 2014 to lead the company’s Development group.
