Omnicom Group Inc. is a global marketing and corporate communications company with a market cap of $13.5 billion, offering a wide range of services. Despite its size and influence, OMC stock has declined 35.1% from its 52-week high, underperforming the S&P 500. Shares have dropped 19.3% on a YTD basis and 23.9% over the past year, trading below its moving averages since December.

Recently, OMC shares fell over 2% due to reports of potential FTC conditions on its proposed merger with IPG. Competitor WPP plc has also seen declines in its stock price. Wall Street analysts are bullish on OMC, giving it a consensus “Moderate Buy” rating with a mean price target of $97.78, indicating a potential upside of 40.9% from current levels.
