Iran is adjusting its crude oil supply amid conflict with Israel, loading tankers one at a time and moving floating storage closer to China. Iran has loaded 2.2 million barrels per day this week, a five-week high. Energy infrastructure in both countries has been targeted, but major crude exporting facility Kharg Island remains operational. Iranian oil exports to China remain steady at 1.7 million bpd, despite U.S. sanctions. Iran has strategically moved part of its 40 million barrel floating storage fleet closer to China, with approximately 8 million barrels now stationed offshore. This move aims to minimize disruptions and offset potential loading delays.
