Wells Fargo Raises PT on Microsoft (MSFT), Keeps Overweight

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) is among the top 10 software stocks analysts are upgrading. Wells Fargo increased the price target on MSFT to $565 from $515, maintaining an “Overweight” rating. In Q3 2025, MSFT’s cash flow from operations rose by 16% to $37 billion, driven by strong cloud billings and collections.
The development team at Microsoft is working on the next version of Windows. For Intelligent Cloud in Q4 2025, MSFT expects revenue between $28.75 billion – $29.05 billion, with growth of 20% – 22% in constant currency. Azure revenue is expected to grow by 34% – 35%, driven by high demand for services.
RiverPark Advisors released its Q1 2025 investor letter, stating MSFT shares were lower in the quarter despite solid results.
