Hyliion released its first-quarter earnings for 2025, falling short of revenue projections at $489,000. Operating expenses increased to $19.7 million, with R&D spending rising to $12.2 million. Net loss widened to $17.3 million, leading to a full-year 2025 cash outlay estimate of $65 million. Analysts predict Q2 losses to widen by 50%.
