China stock market expected to open lower due to global negative sentiment

The China stock market has decreased over the past two sessions, dropping nearly 30 points. The Shanghai Composite Index is now below 3,360 points and is expected to continue falling. Global markets are negative due to U.S. involvement in the Israel/Iran conflict, with Asian markets likely to open lower. The SCI closed slightly lower on Friday, with losses from oil companies offset by gains from financial shares. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and other key companies saw mixed movement. Wall Street also closed mixed on Friday, with the Dow rising slightly while the NASDAQ and S&P 500 fell.

The White House has indicated a “substantial chance of negotiations” with Iran, but also conducted bombing in suspected nuclear sites in Iran. Regional manufacturing activity in the U.S. remains weak, with the Philly Fed reporting continued contraction. Crude oil prices fell on Friday as concerns about the Israel-Iran conflict eased, despite intensified fighting between the two nations. West Texas Intermediate crude closed at $74.93 per barrel.
