HSBC appoints Ishan Sarkar as new head of wealth and premier solutions (WPS) in Singapore, effective July 1, 2025. With 20 years of experience in investment and sales roles, Sarkar will lead a tailored wealth strategy for all customer segments, from premier to ultra-high net worth, under the guidance of Acharya and Lecher.

HSBC Asset Management launches the HSBC PLUS Active ETF range with five new funds to offer investors exposure to specific countries and regions. Available in eight European markets, including the UK, these funds aim to blend ETF advantages with potential superior returns. Listed on the London Stock Exchange, Borsa Italiana, and Xetra for retail, wholesale, and institutional investors.
