Starbucks has elected two new directors to its board, bringing the total number of board members to 13. The two new directors are Nzinga Shaw, the first chief diversity and inclusion officer at Starbucks, and Clara Shih, CEO of Hearsay Systems. The appointments aim to further diversify the board and bring new perspectives.
