The Annual General Meeting of Anoto Group AB took place on June 27, 2025. The balance sheet, income statement, and dividend distribution were discussed and it was decided that no dividend would be distributed. Board members and the auditor were re-elected, with Kevin Adeson remaining as Chairman. Guidelines for remuneration to senior executives were adopted, as well as a long-term incentive program for key employees. The Board was authorized to issue new shares, warrants, and convertible bonds. Repurchase of Series C shares and transfer of ordinary shares were also approved to support incentive programs and secure liquidity.
