Soybean futures rebounded, with some losses, but still closed higher on Friday

Soybean futures closed higher on Friday, with July down 40 ¼ cents for the week. Soymeal futures were firm to 20 cents lower, while Soy Oil saw losses. Commitment of Traders data showed managed money reducing net long positions. USDA reported a private export sale of soybeans to Mexico. Export commitments are at 98% of USDA projection. StatsCanada estimates Canadian canola and soybean acreage. Soybean prices closed higher on Friday.
