The deal includes HPE divesting its Instant On WLAN business and making Juniper’s AI Ops for Mist source code open to other firms. Shares of HPE and Juniper jumped following the announcement. The acquisition aims to boost HPE’s position in the AI products market, with Juniper’s stock rising 8%.
