AMC Networks increases maximum purchase amount for tender offer, exceeding early tender limit.

AMC Networks Inc. announced early results of its cash tender offer to purchase its outstanding 4.25% Senior Notes due 2029, increasing the maximum purchase amount to $600 million. The early tender date saw $614,437,000 in notes tendered, exceeding the maximum amount. Payment for tendered notes will be made on July 3, 2025, with a total consideration of $815 per $1,000 principal amount. The offer is set to expire on July 17, 2025, with the early settlement date subject to meeting all conditions. BofA Securities and J.P. Morgan are the lead and co-dealer managers for the offer, respectively.
