Rothschild & Co acquires Zurich-based advisory firm Tenalis, enhancing offerings in Switzerland with expertise in succession planning, taxation, and real estate consulting. Tenalis specializes in inheritance law, exclusively serving Swiss clients, and will operate as an independent subsidiary maintaining its brand and workforce.

Tenalis founder Jacqueline Schwarz Mattes remains managing director under Rothschild & Co Bank. The firm will focus on its areas of expertise, including succession planning, will execution, estate divisions, and real estate. Rothschild’s Swiss wealth management division expects the integration to enhance tailored pension solutions and comprehensive advice for clients.

Rothschild expands wealth management services in Luxembourg, aligning with its strategy to enhance private banking offerings across Europe. The acquisition of Tenalis in Switzerland strengthens Rothschild’s presence in succession planning and taxation expertise.
