Amazon’s Prime membership could generate billions in new revenue, with potential price hikes adding $3 billion annually on top of the $44.4 billion earned in 2024. The stock, trading at a forward P/E ratio of 35x, has rebounded over 31% since April. Q1 results showed $155.7 billion in net sales, led by North America with $92.9 billion, AWS with $29.3 billion, and advertising with $13.9 billion. Operating income hit $18.4 billion, with net income at $17.1 billion. Looking ahead, Q2 net sales are expected to reach $159-164 billion, beating expectations. Analysts remain bullish, with a consensus rating of “Strong Buy” and price targets up to $250.
