IVV ETF gains $6 billion in assets as S&P 500 hits record high

The iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV) saw $6 billion in inflows, reaching $619.6 billion in assets as the S&P 500 hit a record high of 6,204.95. The J.P. Morgan Exchange-Traded Fund Trust (JMTG) attracted $3.8 billion, while the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY) collected $1 billion.

The Vanguard Russell 1000 Growth ETF (VONG) experienced outflows of $2.8 billion, while the iShares Russell Mid-Cap Growth ETF (IWP) lost $2.7 billion. The Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ) had outflows of $1.7 billion despite a 0.6% rise in the Nasdaq-100.

U.S. equity ETFs lost $6.5 billion despite market gains, while U.S. fixed-income ETFs attracted $3.2 billion. International equity ETFs pulled in $2.3 billion due to ongoing trade optimism. Overall, ETFs experienced net outflows of $11.7 million for the day.
