Nasdaq: Swedish regulator investigates Tesla suspension failures
From Nasdaq:
The Swedish Transport Agency is investigating reported suspension failures in Tesla cars, similar to a probe conducted by Norway’s traffic safety regulator. The Norwegian agency requested Tesla to assess complaints about rear control arms breaking on its Model S and X vehicles, which could potentially result in a recall. The Swedish agency also received notifications of similar issues with Tesla cars. This comes after a Reuters investigation revealed that Tesla has blamed drivers for well-known defective suspension and steering parts to cut down on repair costs. Tesla has not yet responded to requests for comment on the investigations.
