Jameel Motors partners with Geely to introduce NEVs in Italy, expanding market share

Jameel Motors secures distribution agreement to introduce Geely Auto’s NEVs in Italy amidst a surge in EV and PHEV registrations, accounting for 11% of the market share. The deal covers Geely’s EX5 all-electric SUV and a plug-in Super Hybrid SUV, set for launch in the last quarter of the year. Jameel Motors Italia, led by Marco Santucci, plans to offer 100 sales and service points nationwide. Geely Auto has been fostering innovation in Italy since 2023 through the Geely Innovation Design Center in Milan. Geely Holding Group plans to introduce the Geely brand in the UK in the fourth quarter of this year.
