CGN New Energy Sees Mixed Results in Power Generation for June
CGN New Energy Holdings Co. Ltd reported a 1.3% decrease in total consolidated power generation in June, with varying performances across project types. Wind power in China dropped by 4.2%, while solar projects increased by 27.5%. Gas-fired projects in China declined by 30%, hydropower fell by 18.9%, and Korean projects saw a slight decrease of 0.6%. For the first half of the year, total power generation was down 0.9%, with increases in wind and solar power, but significant declines in gas-fired and hydropower. The decrease in June was attributed to reduced wind power output in certain Chinese provinces. Stock trading at HK$ 2.500 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
