Origin Investment Corp I, a special purpose acquisition company, announced the closing of its initial public offering (IPO) of 6,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “ORIQU.” Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at $11.50 per share.
