Corn prices were mixed, with most contracts steady to a couple cents higher and nearby July down 5 ¼ cents. USDA reported a private export sale of 110,000 MT of corn for new crop to unknown destinations. Export Sales data showed old crop sales at 1.262 MMT, an 8-week high, with Mexico as the largest buyer. CONAB estimates the Brazilian corn crop at 131.97 MMT, up 3.72 MMT from last month. Traders estimated Brazilian corn production at 132.3 MMT. Corn futures closed at $4.07 1/4 for Jul 25, $3.85 1/4 for Nearby Cash, $3.99 1/4 for Sep 25, $4.16 1/2 for Dec 25, and $3.75 1/8 for New Crop Cash.
