Firefly Aerospace, backed by AE Industrial Partners, reported a 10% increase in revenue for 2024, totaling $60.8 million compared to $55.2 million the previous year. The company designs small and medium lift launch vehicles, lunar landers, and orbital transfer vehicles, achieving its first Moon landing in March with the Blue Ghost spacecraft. Firefly secured a $2 billion valuation in November 2024 and plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol “FLY”. The U.S. IPO market is experiencing a resurgence of interest, particularly in space listings, with strong investor appetite. Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Jefferies, and Wells Fargo are the lead underwriters for the offering. Voyager Technologies and Karman Holdings also received positive receptions for their listings earlier this year.
