The Trade Desk Inc. (TTD) will replace ANSYS Inc. (ANSS) in the S&P 500, as announced by S&P Dow Jones Indices. This change will be effective before the opening of trading on Friday, July 18. Meanwhile, Synopsys Inc. (SNPS) is set to acquire ANSYS in a deal expected to be completed on July 17.
