GFT Technologies SE is set to acquire Megawork Consultoria e Sistemas, a Brazilian SAP consultancy, in a deal that will see GFT entering the SAP ecosystem. Megawork has around 350 professionals specializing in SAP consulting, support, and implementation. The acquisition will be an all-cash deal financed from GFT’s existing funds. Global CEO of GFT, Marco Santos, aims to enhance the efficiency of SAP projects by 40% or more with their GenAI Product Wynxx.
