Dayforce Inc, a human capital management software company, has a market cap of $8.8 billion. It offers HR, payroll, workforce management, and talent solutions globally.

Analysts expect Dayforce to report an EPS of $0.32 for Q2 2025, a 39.1% growth from the year-ago quarter. For fiscal 2025, the forecasted EPS is $1.46, up 47.5% from fiscal 2024.

Despite a 8.3% rise in shares over 52 weeks, Dayforce underperformed the S&P 500 and the Industrial Select Sector SPDR Fund.

Dayforce reported better-than-expected Q1 2025 results but its stock fell due to a weaker Q2 revenue forecast and internal cost pressures from a workforce reduction.

Analysts have a “Moderate Buy” rating on Dayforce stock, with a price target of $67.80.
