– Once the Business Combination is approved and closed, the combined company is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “HOVR.”

– Horizon Aircraft is a hybrid electric Vertical TakeOff and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft developer, while Pono Capital Three, Inc. is a special purpose acquisition company, and they have both worked towards the completion of the proposed business combination, which was previously announced on August 15, 2023.
